If you’re allergic to dairy like me, and your craving a shake (typically a shake is ice-cream based) but are looking for a little healthier way to satisfy your craving, you’ve got to try this! If you are allergic to sesame you can substitute peanut butter or sunflower butter in this dreamy shake. A great substitute for bananas in smoothies and shakes is frozen cauliflower. Don’t be scared off, It has a very neutral taste, unlike banana. My husband is allergic to bananas so I try to avoid it in my smoothies, plus I find it can be a bit overpowering. But if you prefer you can substitute frozen banana for the cauliflower.

Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Enjoy both servings or save one of servings until the next day. Top with melted chocolate and berries if desired or dairy free whipped topping.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over very low heat or melt in 10 second increments in microwave. Drizzle over shake and top with berries.
