If you’re allergic to dairy like me, and your craving a shake (typically a shake is ice-cream based) but are looking for a little healthier way to satisfy your craving, you’ve got to try this! If you are allergic to sesame you can substitute peanut butter or sunflower butter in this dreamy shake. A great substitute for bananas in smoothies and shakes is frozen cauliflower. Don’t be scared off, It has a very neutral taste, unlike banana. My husband is allergic to bananas so I try to avoid it in my smoothies, plus I find it can be a bit overpowering. But if you prefer you can substitute frozen banana for the cauliflower.
