If you need to avoid gluten for health reasons and are looking for REAL bread, with REAL sized slices, that is REALLY delicious and nourishing, look no further. Learn how to make gluten free sourdough bread with me, Kimberley. You don’t need to be a baker, or even to have made breadbefore to learn how to make:

  • Focaccia bread
  • Seeded Scandinavian style loaf
  • Herbed Parmesan loaf
  • Pizza dough
  • Sandwich/Hamburger Buns
  • Bagels
  • Tortillas
  • Flatbread
  • Crackers
  • Scones
  • Waffles

WHY learn to make sourdough at home? Fresh gluten free sourdough is non -existent in most places, and if you can find it, it is very expensive. If you wish to have it shipped to you, it will cost at least 10 dollars for a very small-1 lb loaf. Making it at home is far more economical, costing a mere fraction of store bought. In addition, unlike most gluten free sourdough, this is bread that you don’t need to toast first to enjoy.

The sourdough bread you will learn to make with me is nourishing and healthy, made with nutrient dense, protein rich ancient grains. It contains no sugar, eggs, gums, or seed oils and it’s naturally vegan.

True sourdough is gut friendly. Why? Sourdough has a long and slow fermentation. The bacteria produced from this fermentation transforms the bread into something that is beneficial to our gut microbiome. In fact, sourdough is a prebiotic. It is for those reasons gluten free sourdough can be heartily enjoyed and digested by most individuals who typically cannot digest traditional gluten free breads. This includes individuals, like myself, who must eat mostly grain-free due to auto-immune related gut issues. Itis extremely well tolerated, digested and enjoyed by individuals who thought they couldn’t enjoy real bread again.

I honestly can’t believe how amazing this process his been, From the science education about starters, to the really fun and engaging Zooms, to the final result that within one hour of cooling (focaccia bread) my kids half devoured. I HIGHLY recommend her (Kimberley’s) classes.
