You wont believe how deliciously easy it is to make frozen yogurt until you make this. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and can be made with whatever combination of frozen berries you like in this dessert. Depending on what kind of berries or fruit you use, you will need to adjust the sweetener accordingly. I made this version with a mixture of frozen blackberries and tart cherries (tart cherries have been shown to be high in pain reducing properties and natural melatonin) so it needed a little more sweetener. Any liquid sweetener can be used in this from raw honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar, grape nectar or liquid keto sweeteners if you like. I frozen and thawed this several times and expected it to get ice crystals in it, but it didn't. It stayed smooth and creamy and reminded me of both frozen yogurt and sorbet. I added the dairy free creamer powder for added nutrition (MCT oil) however it is optional. It may be that the MCT oils in the creamer helped the frozen yogurt to maintain it's creaminess, however it won't alter the taste if you leave it out.

Yields4 Servings
Prep Time3 mins
4 cups frozen berries(whatever mixture you like)
1 cup plain dairy free yogurt or dairy yogurt of your choice I used Forager Project plain unsweetened cashew milk yogurt
3 tbsp grape nectar sweetener or liquid sweetener of your choice I used Domaine Sante Bored-O-Blanc
1 -2 tbsp raw honey or liquid sweetener of your choice
 2 tsp vanilla extract
1

Add ingredients to a high powdered blender, starting with yogurt first. Start the blender at a low speed and gradually build up the speed. The bulk of the frozen berries made it difficult at times to blend, so be sure to stop the blending to regularly scrape down the container.

If you are using a Vitamix blender use your tamper tool while you are blending. Blend until you have a smooth mixture, about 5-7 minutes. Enjoy immediately or pop in a container in the freezer and then thaw before serving.
