Conversion Chart

 Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
 1 Sweet or Yellow Onion, Sliced
 2 Cloves Garlic, sliced
 3 ½ tsp Mexican Chilli Powder
 2 ½ tsp Ground Cumin
 1 tsp Ground Coriander
 1 lb Organic or Sprouted Firm to Extra Firm Tofu
 1 ½ cups Cooked Black Beans
 Sea Salt to taste
 2 tbsp Water
 Gluten or Grain Free Tortillas

Drizzle some Avocado Oil in the bottom of a medium saucepan. Add onion and sauté over medium heat until softened, about 15 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for another 3 minutes.

Add spices and cook for another couple of minutes. Crumble in the tofu and cook for another 20 minutes. Add black beans and water and cook for another 10 minutes or so. Season with sea salt. Serve in heated tortillas with your favourite toppings.
