This simple sauce comes together in less than 10 minutes and makes a bright and delicious sauce for gyros, wraps and sandwiches or as a dip for vegetables or sauce for cooked/grilled veg or protein. It may remind you somewhat of a Greek tzatziki sauce, however this sauce does not contain cucumber and contains dill & lemon as it’s primary flavours.

⅓ cup dairy free sour creamhttps://www.foragerproject.com/product/organic-cultured-sour-cream/
2 garlic cloves, finely mincedI recommend using a Microphone grater
2 -3 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup fresh dill (do not use the dill stems, just the fronds), finely chopped
¾ -1 tsp sea salt
black pepper

Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk well. Place in refrigerator until ready to enjoy. This sauce can be made the day before.
