Drizzle some Avocado Oil in the bottom of a medium saucepan. Add onion and sauté over medium heat until softened, about 15 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Add spices and cook for another couple of minutes. Crumble in the tofu and cook for another 20 minutes. Add black beans and water and cook for another 10 minutes or so. Season with sea salt. Serve in heated tortillas with your favourite toppings.
