Looking to increase your vegetable consumption, as I always am, this dip is the perfect companion to cut vegetables, or even chips and crackers. This simple dip takes just 10 minutes to make and can be made with a variety of fresh herbs such as Italian parsley, tarragon and dill. I use Grounded Foods Hemp Seed Cream Cheese Onion and Chives as the cream cheese base. if you are using a plain cream cheese you may need to add more fresh herbs, such as chives and garlic and onion powder. If you are using a mixer instead of a food processor make sure you chop the fresh herbs and garlic first. Use keto friendly mayo, cream cheese and sour cream and you've got a KETO dip!
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or use an electric mixer to mix. Mix until smooth and ingredients are evenly distributed in the dip. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to a week.
