Raspberry Ginger Smoothie (Paleo Vegan)

One of my absolute favourite things about summer are raspberries. I just can't get enough and it's one food I have difficulty sharing, except when it comes to recipes. Raspberries are loaded with nutrients, antioxidants and anti-cancer properties. For those watching their sugar intake they are very low in sugar. Camu Camu is a sour berry native to to the Amazon rainforest and among many other health benefits, it is extremely high in vitamin C. I like adding it to smoothies for it's health benefits.

 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
 3 small nectarines, pits removed and cut into large chunks
 ¾ -1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk
 1 ½ inches fresh peeled ginger root
 1 scoop MCT oil powder
 1 scoop collagen powder
 ½ tsp camu camu powder
 ½ -1 tbsp raw honey or liquid sweetener of your choice
 1 tiny pinch of fine sea salt

Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend for at least 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy or place in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
