A great addition to your morning porridge, overnight oats or chia pudding or just on it's own, super yummy and comforting. It's like fall in a cup. Hemp seeds are an excellent option for dairy free milk as they are high in protein and omega 3 fatty acids. Not only that, but they are a less expensive option than other dairy free milks. And they are also nut free!

Drain and pit the dates. Add dates, water, vanilla, hemp hearts and sea salt to a high speed blender and blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth.
Strain the milk through a nut milk bag or several layers of cheesecloth. Gently squeeze all the liquid through the bag. You will be left with a little of the ground hemp seeds in your nut milk bag; Discard
Return the strained hemp milk to your blender and add the pumpkin spice ingredients and whir on high for at least a minute. Store in a covered glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake well before enjoying as there will be some separation that occurs.
