I'be been making this sauce for about 10 years now and it is a go-to recipe in our house. It makes the perfect sauce in burritos, sandwiches, atop tacos, as a dip for tortilla chips, rice or on any Mexican/latin food. Make it ahead and it will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. You can adjust the heat by removing the seeds of the peppers if desired.

 5 cloves of garlic
 2 serrano peppers, stems removed and cut in half
 1 large bunch of cilantro, leaves and stems
 2 limes, juiced
 1 orange, juiced
 ½ cup avocado oil
 ¼ tsp sea salt

Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
