I am a smoothie maker, year round in fact. I love them as it is an easy way to get whole fruits and vegetables and more fibre in my breakfast. I often sneak in extra greens to support digestive and immune health and boost energy. I love Nested Naturals super greens powder, 1 small scoop packs so much nutrition and even kids won't even know it's in there. I usually add fresh ginger root too, a natural anti-inflammatory.
