One of my favourite fruits is blackberries and Marion Blackberries which taste very much like wild blackberries & look like an elongated blackberry.. After being without my blender for 2 weeks until I got my new one, my tummy definitely suffered. This is my first smoothie I made with my new blender. I had just gotten some frozen Marionberries and spinach and wanted to create a new smoothie from it. At the same time I had also made my first dairy free milk in my new blender, Pumpkin seed milk. I decided to use some of the pumpkin seed pulp in this, adding plant protein and keeping the pulp from being wasted. I used low glycemic Grape Nectar to sweeten this but honey, maple syrup, dates or sweetener of your choice may be used.
