I remember a highlight of going to the city was hitting the shopping mall and getting an Orange Julius. This will take you right back there but without all the sugar and other unpronounceable ingredients.

 4 Mandarin or Clementine Oranges, Peeled
 ½ cup full fat canned coconut milk
 1 Knob Peeled fresh ginger root
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
 1 Scoop Collagen Protein powder
 1 Dropperfull vanilla creme liquid stevia
 ¾ cup Ice

Put all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and whir until smooth.
