I developed this with the intent of being a smoothie but after tasting it, I realized this was very much like a rich silky chocolate pudding. A low carb chocolate pudding to boot. This makes a perfect morning smoothie or dessert.

¾ cup Dairy Free Chocolate Milk of your choice
¾ cup Frozen (I prefer Stahlbush Farms) Organic Cauliflower
4 Medjool Dates, pitted and halved
½ tsp Vanilla extract
½ tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
2 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Powder( Unflavoured)
1 pinch Sea Salt

Place all of the Ingredients in a high-powered blender and whir for at least 1-2 minutes or until smooth and silky. Enjoy topped with fresh berries.
