The name for this smoothie comes from the hidden ingredient(even your kids won't know if you don't tell them)-Broccoli. Broccoli is part of the Brassica family and as our mothers made absolutely clear-it's just plain really good for us! It also contains lemongrass which has many health benefits from soothing achy joints and stomachache, to helping with common colds to fighting bacteria and yeasts. It has even been shown to help lessen anxiety. Fresh Lemongrass is now found in even country grocery stores like where I live. I suggest buying as many as you can and freezing it. Simply remove the hard woody end of the individual stalks, then remove the outer fibrous layer and cut off the darker green ends. You should have a light green fragrant section left. Cut it into 1/2 inch pieces and place in the freezer. All you will need to do is pop out a few pieces at a time for your smoothies or cooking. It's that easy and they freeze very well for up to 3 months or so. In addition to all these healthy ingredients this smoothie is loaded with antioxidants(blueberries) and pro and probiotics from the Fiber blend.

 1 ¼ cups Frozen Blueberries
 1 Handful Frozen Broccoli Florets
 4 Pieces(1/2 inch each) Fresh Lemongrass
 4 Dates, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes then pitted
 1 ¼ cups Non Dairy Milk 300 ml
 2 Scoops Unflavoured Collagen Powder
 1 tsp Red Beet Root Powder
 1 Scoop Regular Girl Prebiotic Fiber & Probiotic Blend

Add all the ingredients(with the exception of the fiber blend) to a high powered blender and blend until you have a smooth consistent, at least 2 minutes.

Stir in the probiotic fiber blend to the finished smoothie and pour into 2 glass containers. Enjoy now or save one serving for the next morning.
