While not a big chicken wing lover myself, my husband (Barak)loves them. This is in fact a recipe he made and he decided to grill them instead of frying or baking in the oven. I actually really quite liked them. Perfect accompaniment for watching sports of any kind, or dish the sports just enjoy them. Typically wings go with a blue cheese sauce for dipping but I wanted to create a dairy free option that balances the heat and the richness of the wings and this lemon garlic aioli does just that!

Place meat in a medium bowl and add the salt, baking powder and spices. Use your hands to mix to make sure the wings are covered. Combine butter and hot sauce in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until melted.
Bring grill up to temp and grill the wings until they are cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Coat wings with the sauce and dip in the aioli sauce.
Use a whisk to mix all of the aioli ingredients together until smooth and set aside. Place in individual small dipping bowls alongside the wings. Enjoy!
